Loontime is an arena for creativity, personal development and free speech. However, we are an inclusive community and each presenter is allowed to control their own site. Certain behaviors have been deemed unacceptable for Loontime and will be sanctioned by the Loontime staff when identified. These include: nudity or pornography, shocking or disgusting content, copyright infringements, hate speech, spam and privacy violations.

The presenter has absolute control of their broadcast and may block users at his or her discretion. Certain behaviors and language that may be appropriate on one channel may not be acceptable for another channel. In general presenters may ban viewers for the following: racist, sexist or threatening comments, flooding the chat with inappropriate comments and in general being annoying to the site. Presenters who observe unwanted behavior may ban and kick out unwanted viewers. Viewers who are repeatedly banned from broadcasts may be permanently removed from the site.

Loontime is for users that are 18 and up. This policy is strictly enforced. If a presenters suspects that a user is under 18 they should block them and notify the Loontime staff.

Users of Loontime are penalized for Community Guidelines violations and serious or repeated violations can lead to account termination. If your account is terminated, you will not be allowed to create a new account.


Do not post pornography or sexually explicit content on Loontime. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it on Loontime. Nudity is not allowed, particularly if it is in a sexual context. If content is intended to be sexually provocative, it is not appropriate for Loontime. Loontime adheres to a strict policy against nudity and minors. We will report all instances of child pornography to law enforcement.


Loontime is not a shock site. Gross-out content of accidents, dead bodies, bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age drinking and smoking, or bomb making is strictly prohibited! Anything intended to be shocking or gross should not be aired on Loontime. Do not post violent or gory content that's primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful. If your video shows someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.


Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorized to use. Loontime respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask everyone who uses our service to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide notify Loontime immediately.


Hate speech is speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. While we all have a right to free speech, Loontime will not tolerate hate speech.

Loontime should not be used to engage in predatory behavior: stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people's personal information, and inciting others to commit violent acts. Uses who engage in predatory behavior may be banned from Loontime.


Everyone hates spam. Don't create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase viewers when advertising for your show.


If you identify persons in your broadcast that are readily identifiable and you do not have their permission there may be a privacy violation. Do not post other people's personal information, including phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and government IDs. We're serious about keeping our users safe and suspend accounts that violate people's privacy.

Likewise, you should avoid broadcasting your personal information. It is not safe to identify your full name, name and location of your workplace or other identifying information.
